Participants in Contacting Toronto: What's Your Revolution? retain all rights to their submissions, except for granting Onestop Media Group (OMG), and Art for Commuters (A4C), its affiliates and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use the submissions in any manner OMG or A4C deems appropriate worldwide, in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, without limitation, the World Wide Web, at any time or times in relation to the Contacting Toronto: What's Your Revolution? project. The participant's name, photographs and any language contained therein, may be used for public information, in relation to the Contacting Toronto: What's Your Revolution? project, without additional consideration or compensation. Participants further release OMG, A4C, their affiliates and assigns from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to the participant's submission.
